In the depths of darkness, a narcissist lurks With their twisted goal to break, leaving trails of hurt Their mission is clear, to shatter women's souls Leaving behind a path of destruction and tolls Living in this hell,

I take it one day at a time Healing from the mental abuse, a mountain to climb Their mind games, so twisted and cruel Leaves behind scars, like a deep-seated duel The wounds they leave, invisible to the eye But deep within, the pain does not lie Their words like daggers, cutting to the core Leaving behind a broken spirit, wanting no more But I am strong, determined to heal To break free from their toxic reel It takes time, to undo their hold But with each step, I am bold I will not let them win, I refuse to fall Their destruction, I will rise above it all For my soul is stronger than they know And with each passing day, I continue to grow So to all the narcissists out there Your power over me, I will no longer bear I will rise from the ashes of despair And leave behind your trail of destruction, so unfair.
